Fitness and preparing healthy food used to be a pain in the *ss. But we have methods on how sports and cooking won't hurt your schedule. So you can have fun in what you do, and you won't lose efficiency.
Less bullsh*t, more data
As science nerds, we don't like estimates that much. We know that we can give you the best results if we track data accurately. This way, we can actually see what causes certain gains or losses. We track sleep, calorie intake, hormones, stress, oxygen levels and body composition.
When we (the founders of My Fitness Journey) started out in business, we were working a full time job as business owners.
Then, we had to do our at home and family duties...
And often, that schedule led us with no time to go to the gym or take another hour out of our days to cook healthy meals.
But when we were trying to solve these problems.
We found all these difficult solutions...
Hard diets, time-consuming workout routines and lack of accountability.
And so, we couldn't solve our problems.
Even though we had years of experience as personal trainers and nutritionists back at the time.
So we thought, if we can't do this, other people can't too. So we need to find a better way.
And that's why we found My Fitness Journey
Hi! I'm specialized and educated on personal training (by NASM) and sports psychology. I love the science based approach to fitness and nutrition. I'm a science curator and try to share as much valuable stuff as possible.
I teach exactly how to lose weight, gain muscle and get energized. In secret, I am actually a fitness nerd.
In my free time, I read scientific articles and watch lectures of professors in physiology, neuroscience and nutrition science.
